What Is The Right Innersole For Me?
Share
Choosing the right innersole is an important decision based on your arch type, comfort needs and intended use. With multiple options available, it can be challenging to determine which innersole will work best for you.
At Realign Performance, we understand feet are incredibly complex - each foot has 26 bones, 33 joints, and over 100 ligaments, plus multiple layers of muscles and tendons. That's why we've developed specific innersoles to match different foot types and activities.
Understanding Your Arch Type

The simplest way to determine your arch type is by looking at your footprint:
Flat Feet: Your footprint shows almost your entire foot touching the ground. These feet typically roll excessively inwards and need maximum cushioning with strong medial support.
Low Arches: Most of your arch touches the floor. These feet tend to roll inwards and require good cushioning with medium support.

Normal Arches: About half your arch shows in the footprint. These feet usually function well with basic cushioning and minimal support.

High Arches: Only your heel, ball of foot, and a thin outside line show. These feet typically roll outwards and need focused cushioning with minimal support.
